We want everyone to be able to use the Shuttle website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we do: text has strong contrast in light and dark modes; the site works with a keyboard and a screen reader; animations stop if your device asks for reduced motion; forms have labels and clear error messages; pages work on small screens and with enlarged text.

Known limitations: the Shuttle mobile app is covered separately and does not yet follow your phone’s text-size setting.
