Drivers upload six documents. The team approves, rejects or asks for a re-upload, and an unapproved driver cannot go online.

Every tool below is in the app. Here is exactly what each one does.
The three safety tools that lead
Ride Code
A 4-digit code shown to the rider on arrival. The trip starts only when the driver types it and the server confirms it.
SOS
Available once the trip starts. A 10-second countdown (30 on carpool) can be skipped. It texts your emergency contact a map link to where you were, your route and the driver's name, vehicle and plate, then ends the trip.
Share your trip
A link that anyone can open to follow the trip on a map, with driver name, vehicle and plate. Share it only with people you trust, because anyone with the link can see the trip.

Requests go only to drivers whose profile is female.
Ratings both ways
Riders and drivers rate each other after every trip.
Blocking
A blocked user is never matched with you again.
Trip chat and calls
Only during a trip. Chat is deleted about 72 hours after it.
Support tickets
Tickets inside the app, answered by the team.
What Shuttle is not
- Shuttle is not an emergency service. SOS does not contact the police or an ambulance.
- Shuttle does not provide insurance. Each driver holds their own cover.
- Shuttle does not employ drivers.
Tips
For riders
- Check the plate and the driver's photo.
- Give the Ride Code only once you are in the car.
- Share your trip with someone you trust.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency services first.
For drivers
- Start trips only with the rider's Ride Code.
- Keep your documents current.
- Never arrange rides outside the app.
