How a price is built

Estimate
Base fare plus a per-km rate times the route distance, never below the vehicle's minimum fare. The price shown is all-in: it already includes Shuttle's booking fee.

Your choice
Book at the live fare, or name a price up to 50% either side of the suggested fare.

Adjustments
Free waiting, then per-minute waiting charges. Route and stop changes are re-quoted.

Cash payment
Cash to the driver at the end of the trip. The final fare can differ from the estimate.
Waiting
Your driver waits free, then a small per-minute charge applies.

Cancelling
Free while you search or negotiate, and for 30 seconds after a driver accepts. After that a fee can apply if the driver was already on the way.
How you pay
Cash to the driver at the end of the trip. Card payments are not available.
Why did my fare change?
Route changes, waiting and added stops change the fare, and you see a new quote before you confirm a change.
For drivers
Shuttle charges drivers a commission on each completed fare, shown in the app before you accept a trip.
